Ticket Machines & Online Ticket Pickup
The copy machine doubles as a multi-ticket terminal: concert tickets, event tickets, expressway cards and more.
1. Buy online first
Most ticket purchases happen online (Lawson Ticket, E-Plus, Ticket Pia). At checkout, choose "konbini pickup" and select your chain.
2. Get your reference number
You'll receive a 4-digit company code + reservation number (or a QR code) by email.
3. Use the machine
At the store, tap "チケットサービス" on the copy machine, choose your ticket service, enter the codes, and pay at the register with the printed slip within 30 minutes.
4. Collect the ticket
The machine prints your actual ticket — keep it safe, digital copies are not accepted at venues.
Tips
- Lawson Ticket = Loppi at Lawson; 7-Eleven and FamilyMart use different ticket systems (Pia/E-Plus).
- Payment deadlines are strict — usually within a few days of reservation.
- Sports lottery (toto, BIG) and some gaming purchases also run through these machines.
